Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift Operator for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $18 / hour

Job Summary:

The Forklift Operator is responsible for shipping and storing cosmetics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a Reach Truck forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and store materials.
• Transport pallets and inventory to designated locations within the warehouse.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including staging, put-away, and replenishment.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Use basic math skills to verify inventory quantities and complete documentation accurately. 

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English and Spanish
• Proven experience operating a Reach Truck is required.
• Strong basic math skills to support inventory control and order accuracy.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
