Our growing law firm is looking to hire a family attorney who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives. Candidates should have extensive experience in preparing necessary legal documents in connection with prenuptial agreements, initiating and finalizing divorces, paternity and post judgment matters. Evidentiary hearing and trial experience is also a must. We are currently number 85 out of 500 of the fastest growing law firms across the country so there is lots of room for career advancement. • Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed
• Prepare legal documents such as legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases
• Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings
• Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action

Work closely with paralegals and managing attorney to ensure swift action through the family law court process. Qualifications:

• Candidates should be great negotiators and communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high
• In good standing with the FL Bar
• Experience as a trial attorney
• At least 3 years of experience as a family law attorney
